Rockwell Tavern and Grill has come a long way from just a bar 3 years ago to a leader in craft beers and American Classics with a Twist in the past year under the new owners. Listed as a casual dining experience on most blogs, you will feel you have come to an old friend’s for some home cooking.
The owners Tiffany and Melinda want you to feel at home in their place where not only can you get great food but you can choose from an extensive list of craft beers, 14 of which are on draft! Tiffany has become known for her ability to discern from a few questions, what is the best craft beer for you and change your preference for Bud Light (which they do carry) to something a little more sophisticated and flavorful, and you’ll love it!
Their food is made fresh daily and along with the original favorites of gourmet burgers and hand-cut fries they have added some good old southern comfort food and a few surprises! One that comes to mind is the 3 Legged Pig on It's Side: 3 beer braised pork shanks, flash fried and served over a potato and apple hash with apricot jalapeno sauce over the top! This was a big hit in the VIP lounge of the Brewmasters International Festival in the Fall of 2011 after being served at their No Label Beer Dinner and has landed on their new menu. Fresh ingredients and beer brings their menu alive with flavor and homemade goodness! A friendly and attentive staff help Melinda and Tiffany make sure your dining experience is a great one. Together they are creating their own place under an old name and inviting you to come enjoy yourself with your family and friends.
